Installation

Dependencies:

• MPI
• CMake
• Doxygen
• Python (optional)
• Fortran (optional)
• C++ (optional)
• CUDA (optional)

Minimal installation:

mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ..
make
make install

Additionally, the following option can be specified:

• -DENABLE_CUDA=ON: compile the CUDA backend
• -DENABLE_PYTHON=ON: compile the Python bindings and install the Python module in lib/pydistdir folder
• -DENABLE_CXX=ON: install the distdir.hpp header in the includefolder and compile the C++ examples
• -DENABLE_FORTRAN=ON: compile the Fortran bindings and install the distdir_mod module in the modules folder and compile the Fortran examples
